W.T Home Centre may, at our discretion, make alterations, amend, add or remove these returns policy terms at any time. Please look up these terms and conditions regularly to be certain of your rights.

Our Policy

All purchases made with us are covered under our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you’ve changed your mind, simply return the item to the designated depot and your refund will be processed once the item has been received. All refunds are issued using the original payment method used for purchase and take 2-7 working days once processed.


In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in perfect, resaleable condition and in all original packaging, and no assembly, fitting or modification must have been made to the item. Clearance items, gift vouchers, personalised and custom-made items are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, mattresses, duvets, bedding and other close contact products are also not eligible for return once they have been opened or removed from their original packaging.

Missing parts

On the rare occasion any parts are missing from your item, let us know within the return period and we will arrange replacement parts to be sent completely free of charge.

Damaged items

We do our upmost to ensure all items are sufficiently packaged for transit. If you have received a damaged item or missing parts, please report this to us within the return period and we will arrange replacements for you as quickly as possible.

Please note that your items can be shipped from 12 different warehouse locations throughout England and Wales, so if you are returning anything to us please contact us in the first instance to obtain the return address (our Liverpool showroom does not accept returns as stock is not stored there)
